Utility Technologies International (UTI) was established in 1992 to provide management, engineering, design, construction, operations, maintenance and operator qualification services to the pipeline industry. Our founder, Richard Dickerson, formed UTI to fill a void he saw in commercially available expertise. Our clients include a diverse base of master meter customers; industrial users; and gathering, distribution, and transmission pipeline operators.
